Are you struggling with low energy, lack of motivation, or difficulty maintaining muscle? These common changes could signal a hormonal imbalance, which can impact much more than your fitness goals. At Solid Wellness and Aesthetics, operating in the Westfield, IN area, we understand how frustrating these symptoms can be and how they can disrupt your daily life. Testosterone replacement therapy is a proven way to address these challenges, and our team is dedicated to helping men rediscover their vitality and confidence through personalized hormone care.

Increased Energy and Vitality

Fatigue is one of the most noticeable signs of low testosterone, leaving you feeling drained and unmotivated even after a full night’s sleep. Many men who visit our clinic describe a sense of “running on empty” that holds them back at work, in the gym, and at home. Through careful assessment and guided therapy, restoring testosterone to optimal levels has helped countless clients reclaim their stamina. With higher energy, you can engage more meaningfully in your professional and personal life, enjoy your favorite activities, and feel empowered to tackle new challenges.

At Solid Wellness and Aesthetics, our approach is about more than just medication. We design a plan that considers your unique lifestyle, health history, and goals. From the moment you begin treatment, you will be supported by experienced care providers eager to see you succeed. Step by step, we monitor your progress and make adjustments so you can continue to enjoy elevated energy and performance.

Improved Mood and Mental Clarity

Mood swings, uncharacteristic irritability, or persistent feelings of sadness can often be attributed to low testosterone. Even mild hormonal fluctuations can affect your motivation, outlook, and cognitive sharpness. Many patients are relieved to find that, as their testosterone balance is restored, they experience subtler but profoundly meaningful improvements in their mood and outlook on life.

In addition to emotional stability, mental clarity often improves with hormone balance. Men receiving care at our Westfield clinic frequently notice that their focus and decision-making sharpen, which can positively influence both personal and professional relationships. Reclaiming control over your mental wellness is possible, and we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Muscle Mass and Bone Density Enhancement

Unexplained declines in muscle mass or persistent trouble with weight are not uncommon with age, but they can also be a red flag for hormonal imbalance. As testosterone naturally supports muscle protein synthesis, adequate levels are essential for building and maintaining muscle. With therapy, many of our clients report improved muscle tone and find workout routines more productive and satisfying.

Just as importantly, testosterone plays a critical role in bone health. Maintaining strong bones is essential for lifelong mobility, especially as you age. By carefully tailoring a treatment plan to your specific needs, Solid Wellness and Aesthetics aims to help you protect your muscle mass and build a foundation for continued strength. LED light therapy has become one of the most versatile and evidence-supported treatments in aesthetic and wellness medicine. While it may look simple on the surface, the science behind LED therapy is anything but basic. When delivered correctly, specific wavelengths of light can support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and improve outcomes across skin health, acne, joint pain, and body contouring. At Solid Wellness & Aesthetics, LED therapy is an intentional part of how we support long-term results—not a “feel-good” add-on. How LED Light Therapy Works LED (light-emitting diode) therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and underlying tissues. These wavelengths interact with mitochondria inside cells, helping improve cellular energy production (ATP) and signaling pathways involved in healing, collagen production, and inflammation control. Different wavelengths target different concerns, which is why LED therapy can be used for both aesthetic and therapeutic purposes. Skin Health & Anti-Aging Benefits For skin, LED therapy is most often used to support: Collagen and elastin production Improved skin tone and texture Reduced redness and inflammation Enhanced healing after treatments like microneedling or peels Red and near-infrared light wavelengths help stimulate fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen. Over time, this can lead to firmer, healthier-looking skin and improved overall skin quality. LED therapy is especially valuable because it works with the skin’s natural repair processes rather than forcing change through heat or injury. Acne Support Blue light LED therapy is widely used for acne because of its ability to target acne-causing bacteria on the skin. When used consistently, LED therapy can help: Reduce active breakouts Calm inflammatory acne Support clearer skin without harsh topicals Because LED therapy is non-invasive and non-drying, it’s an excellent option for patients who cannot tolerate traditional acne treatments or want a gentler, supportive approach. Joint Pain & Inflammation Relief LED therapy isn’t just for the face. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into tissues and has been shown to help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and support tissue repair. For this reason, LED therapy is often used to support: Joint pain and stiffness Muscle soreness Recovery after injury or strain Many patients notice improved comfort and mobility when LED therapy is used consistently as part of a broader wellness or recovery plan. Body Contouring & Tissue Support Certain LED wavelengths can support lymphatic movement and fat metabolism, making LED therapy a helpful adjunct for body contouring and post-treatment recovery. While LED is not a stand-alone weight loss solution, it can support: Improved skin quality during body contouring Reduction in post-procedure inflammation Enhanced recovery and tissue health This makes LED therapy an excellent complement to other body-focused treatments. Why Medical-Grade LED Matters Not all LED devices are created equal. The effectiveness of LED therapy depends on: Wavelength accuracy Energy output (fluence) Treatment coverage and consistency FDA clearance for medical use Many at-home or spa-grade LED devices simply do not deliver the therapeutic dose needed to create meaningful cellular change. This is why medical-grade LED therapy is essential for real results. Why We Chose Celluma At Solid Wellness & Aesthetics, we are proud to offer Celluma LED therapy, widely recognized as the industry leader in medical-grade LED technology. Celluma devices are: FDA-cleared for multiple indications Clinically studied for skin, acne, and pain Designed to deliver consistent, therapeutic light wavelengths Trusted by medical and aesthetic professionals worldwide Using Celluma allows us to confidently integrate LED therapy into treatment plans knowing patients are receiving care backed by science—not just trends. The Power of Consistency One of the most important things to understand about LED therapy is that results come from consistency. While many patients notice improvements quickly, the greatest benefits occur when LED therapy is used regularly over time. This is why LED therapy works so well as part of an ongoing skin or wellness routine rather than a one-time treatment. Is LED Therapy Right for You? LED therapy is safe, non-invasive, and appropriate for most skin types and ages. Whether your goals include healthier skin, clearer acne, improved recovery, or joint support, LED therapy can be a powerful addition to your care plan. Our team is happy to help determine how LED therapy fits into your overall goals and which wavelength protocols are best suited for you.

If you’ve been using a GLP-1 injection medication for weight loss, you know how powerful these medications can be. But what happens when it’s time to stop, or if you want extra support while still on them? Many people find that when they transition off GLP-1 medications, their hunger and cravings return — sometimes stronger than before. That can feel frustrating, especially when you’ve worked so hard on your health journey. At Solid Wellness & Aesthetics, we’re always looking for ways to help you succeed. One natural option we recommend is Calocurb, a plant-based supplement designed to help with appetite control — without medication. Why Do People Struggle After Stopping GLP-1s? GLP-1 medications work by helping your body feel full longer and slowing how fast food moves through your stomach. When you stop taking these medications, those effects wear off. It’s common to feel hungrier and to find it harder to manage portions and cravings. That’s where a tool like Calocurb can help. What Is Calocurb? Calocurb is a natural supplement made from a special extract of hops — the same kind of plant used to make beer, but in a purified, concentrated form. This extract is called amaroq™. When you take Calocurb before eating, it activates your body’s natural “bitter brake.” This is a signal your gut sends when it tastes something bitter. That signal helps your brain say, “I’m done — I’ve had enough.” Here’s what makes Calocurb special: ✅ Plant-based and drug-free ✅ No stimulants or caffeine ✅ Helps with cravings and portion control ✅ Backed by clinical research How Can Calocurb Help You? 💡 If you’re coming off a GLP-1 medication: Calocurb offers gentle, natural support to help you stay in control of your appetite as your body adjusts. 💡 If you’re still on a GLP-1: Calocurb can provide extra help with cravings or portion control when you need it. 💡 If you’ve never taken a GLP-1: Calocurb is a great option for anyone looking for non-medication support on their weight loss or healthy eating journey. It helps you feel satisfied with smaller portions and reduces the urge to snack between meals — all without stimulants or prescriptions. July Special To make it easy to try, we’re offering 10% off Calocurb for the month of July 2025! If you’re ready to explore natural appetite support, reach out to us today. We’re happy to answer your questions and help you decide if Calocurb is a good fit for you. Your journey doesn’t stop when the prescription ends — and you don’t have to do it alone.

What are hormones? Hormones are chemical messengers that communicate between tissues and organs, helping to keep a balance in our bodies. The most well-known hormones are our sex hormones- testosterone, progesterone and estrogen, but there are well over 50 known hormones in the human body. Some of the functions that hormones are responsible for include: · Metabolism: insulin, glucagon, thyroid and growth hormone all help regulate energy use · Stress Reaction: cortisol, DHEA and adrenaline help us quicky respond to emergencies · Sleep: Melatonin is a hormone that is essential for regulating our circadian rhythm · Reproduction: Sex hormones regulate the menstrual cycle, fertility, libido and much more · Growth: Thyroid and growth hormone tell our bodies how and when to grow · Mood: Neurotransmitters like serotonin and norepinephrine are chemical messengers that regulate our mood The nervous system and the endocrine (hormone) systems work closely together to maintain internal balance. When there is a disruption in the production, absorption or excretion of these hormones, imbalances can occur that result in numerous symptoms and illness.

You may have seen information about Dysport in our social media and website and have wondered exactly what that is. Despite being FDA approved in 2009, Dysport is still not as well known as Botox outside of the aesthetics world. What is Dysport and what does it do? Dysport is in the same class of medications as Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin and the newest, Daxxify. All of these products are used to temporarily reduce wrinkles in the skin. They do this by working in the muscles to stop the communication with nerves for a few months. At Solid Wellness and Aesthetics, Dysport is our neurotoxin, “tox”, product of choice, for many great reasons. Let’s compare Dysport with the more widely-known product, Botox. Efficacy: Both Dysport and Botox have been shown to have similar efficacy in clinical trials. They both work well! Longevity: In trials, both Dysport and Botox show results for an average of 3 months. This does not mean your skin is perfectly smooth for 3 months, but describes the time from the date of injection until full muscle movement is back. On average, this is 3 months. Often, movement will slowly start to return before this time. In my practice, I typically see Dysport average closer to 4 months before it is completely gone. Despite this, most client are back in my chair around 3 months when they start to see the lines returning. The longevity of these products is individual, as factors like the patient’s metabolism, dose administered and area treated can all vary. Onset (how quickly they work): This is one of the reasons we love Dysport so much. Dysport typically starts to work within 3-5 days of injection, while Botox will typically take 7-10 days to start to work. Safety: When administered by a skilled and experienced healthcare professional (RN, NP, MD or PA only) Dysport and Botox are both generally safe treatments. Side effects to both medications can include temporary redness, bruising, swelling, and mild pain at the injection site. Rarely, more serious adverse events such as infection or eyelid drooping can occur. It is essential to discuss the potential risks and benefits with a qualified healthcare provider before undergoing treatment. Dysport is made with a dairy protein and should not be used in clients with a history of a true dairy allergy (hives and wheezing type of allergy). Cost: Dysport and Botox are both typically priced per unit, although this can get confusing! Dysport requires somewhere around 2-2.5x times the amount of units as Botox, which is why it is less than half of the cost per unit. For example, Botox dosing between the eyes, “angry 11 lines”, is 20 units. For Dysport this are requires an average of 40-50 units. I recommend never choosing an injector based off the price of the product. You are not just paying for units of medication, you are also paying for results in the experience and education of the injector. Never go with the lowest bidder when injecting in your face! For us, Dysport is the clear winner over Botox with a quicker onset and longer duration in most clients. We offer free consultations to talk through your personal concerns and goals. Schedule with us to learn more about how aesthetic medications can help give you a refreshed look.
