Our 12-week Health Coaching Program is designed to help you follow through with a clear plan, regular check-ins, and ongoing guidance from our Registered Nurse health coach.
This program gives you the tools and support to build habits that last.
What’s Included
- Initial 30-minute session with our RN Health Coach (in-person or virtual)
- Five 15-minute follow-up sessions scheduled every two weeks
- Personalized calorie and macronutrient targets
- Ongoing plan adjustments based on your progress
- Unlimited InBody body composition assessments
- Access to your coach between visits for brief questions and guidance
