Our 12-week Health Coaching Program is designed to help you follow through with a clear plan, regular check-ins, and ongoing guidance from our Registered Nurse health coach.


This program gives you the tools and support to build habits that last.

  •  Initial 30-minute session with our RN Health Coach (in-person or virtual)
  • Two 15-minute follow-up sessions scheduled every two weeks
  • Personalized calorie and macronutrient targets
  • Ongoing plan adjustments based on your progress
  • Unlimited InBody body composition assessments
  • Access to your coach between visits for brief questions and guidance
