Medical Appointment Pricing
In order to spend as much time with you as we feel is necessary, we do not accept any insurance for services at Solid Wellness and Aesthetics. For patients with a high deductible plan, this makes healthcare much more affordable.
How it works:
Step 1: Initial Visit
$250
Every journey with us starts with a 45–60 minute new patient visit. This is your time to share your story, your concerns, and your goals. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, order any labs that are needed, and start building a personalized plan just for you. To help us make the most of your visit, we’ll ask you to complete intake forms ahead of time so we can focus fully on you during our time together.
Weight Loss Patients: If starting medications at your initial visit, membership begins that same day. This ensures ongoing follow-up, prescription management, and accountability are included from the start.
Step 2: Follow-up Visit
$169 per follow-up visit
Your second visit is where things really come together. At this follow-up, we’ll review your lab results in detail and go over how they connect to your symptoms and goals. From there, we’ll create or refine your treatment plan, so you know exactly what to expect moving forward. Many patients choose to join our Solid Wellness Program at this point, since it covers all future follow-ups, prescription management, messaging, and member-only perks.
Important Note: Patient who chose pay-per-visit follow ups will require appointments for any medical questions for their providers. Interested in having portal access to your provider? Choose our membership option.
Step 3: Membership or Pay-Per-Visit
At your follow-up visit, you’ll decide how you’d like to continue care. Most patients choose to join our Solid Wellness Program for the simplicity and value of having visits, prescription management, communication with your provider outside of visits, and member perks included. However, you may also continue with pay-per-visit follow-ups if you prefer.
Important Note: Weight loss medications require a membership for safe and consistent follow-up, prescription management, and accountability.
The Solid Wellness Membership Program
One Membership, Customized to Your Care
Most of our patients choose to join our Solid Wellness Program after their first follow-up visit. This membership makes your care simple, predictable, and comprehensive — no surprise bills or extra visit fees. At every appointment, we address your whole health picture: hormones, weight, gut, thyroid, energy, and more.
We offer memberships because our patients love the added value—from portal messaging with your provider, to exclusive discounts on supplements, IVs, and aesthetics services.
Wellness Membership $150/month
Members on this plan save on average $865 per year
Precision Care, Month After Month for patients not on pellet therapy
*this membership is required for patients utilizing weight loss medications

- Unlimited in-person or virtual visits with your provider annually
- Portal access to your provider for care related questions
- 10% discount on all supplements
- No draw fee for cash-based labs

- Annual Women’s Wellness Exam ($200 value)
- Note: Annual wellness exam benefit is available after 6 consecutive months of active membership.
Pellet Memberships
Women $175/month

- Everything in the Wellness Membership (Wellness exam for females only)
- Hormone Pellets included at no additional fee
All memberships require 3 month minimum commitment and continue until cancelled
Other Costs to Consider
Weight Loss Medications
Injectable weight loss medications typically range from $349–$499 per month when paid out of pocket. In some cases, these may be covered by insurance. We’re happy to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice to check for coverage before you begin treatment.
Blood Work
Blood work is tailored to each patient and is not included in the visit fee.
We offer affordable lab options through our office, which can be a great choice for patients with high-deductible insurance plans. You’re also welcome to use your medical insurance for labs, though please note we don’t control the costs billed by outside labs.
Membership Perk: Members save even more with no lab draw fees when labs are done through our office.
Functional Lab Tests
Functional lab testing (saliva, stool, and urine tests) costs are determined by the lab company. Stool testing generally costs between $300- $450, saliva testing $125 and urine testing $325. These tests are not be necessary for every patient. Your nurse practitioner will work with you to determine what testing is needed.
Supplements
Supplements play an important role in functional medicine. They allow us to correct vitamin and nutrient deficiencies, support hormone balance, and promote gut healing. Because supplement needs are highly individualized, they are not included in the visit fee.

Initial pellet procedure pricing includes the pellets and insertion.
