In order to spend as much time with you as we feel is necessary, we do not accept any insurance for services at Solid Wellness and Aesthetics. For patients with a high deductible plan, this makes healthcare much more affordable.

Functional Medicine Visits for Both Men and Women

Initial Visit Appointment

$200 first visit with Alyssa Barr, NP

$250 first visit with Kate Marciniec, NP

Your first visit will be a comprehensive 45-60 minute visit to take a deep dive into your history and concerns. We require intake forms to be filled out prior to this visit so we can focus our time together.

Follow-up Visit Appointments

$150 per follow-up visit

These appointment fee includes the time spent with your nurse practitioner during your scheduled office visit and do not include access to medical advice through portal messaging. If you have medical questions outside of your appointment, you’ll need to schedule a visit—unless you're enrolled in one of our membership plans, which include portal messaging with your provider as part of the ongoing support.

After your initial follow-up, most functional medicine patients will need to be seen every 3 to 6 months. Appointments are always required to review lab results or make any changes to your treatment plan.

If, after your follow-up visit, you and your provider determine that ongoing hormone replacement therapy is a good fit for you, you’ll be invited to join our Hormone Replacement Membership for continued care and support.

Weight Loss Membership

Initial Visit-

$200 with Alyssa Barr, FNP-BC and Mike Marciniec, AGACNP

$250 with Kate Marciniec, FNP-BC

Monthly Membership Fee After 1st Month- $150/month

Unlike many other providers, we do not mark up or sell medication; payment for medication is made directly to the pharmacy.

If your insurance covers obesity medications, brand name GLP-1 medications may be covered for as low as $25 at the pharmacy.

Without prescription drug coverage, these medications are $349-$499 per month.

One Membership, Full Access

At Solid Wellness, your membership includes everything you need—without duplicate fees. If you're receiving both hormone therapy and weight loss support, you’ll simply join the higher-tier membership. No need to pay for two plans—just one comprehensive membership that gives you full access to the services and support you need.

Other Costs to Consider

Blood Work

Blood lab work is individualized and is not included in the visit fee.

We offer low-cost blood work through our office that is ideal for patients with high deductible plans. In our office, the initial hormone lab panel costs around $150.

You also have the option to use your medical insurance for blood work. If you chose to use your insurance, we have no control over the cost of labs.

Functional Lab Tests

Functional lab testing (saliva, stool, and urine tests) costs are determined by the lab company. Stool testing generally costs between $300- $450, saliva testing $125 and urine testing $325. These tests are not be necessary for every patient. Your nurse practitioner will work with you to determine what testing is needed.

Supplements

Supplements are another important part of functional medicine. Through supplementation, we are able to replace vitamin deficiencies, improve hormones, and heal the gut. Supplements are highly individualized and are not included in the visit fee. Our members enjoy a 10% supplement discount.
